At Revelation 22:4, we want your experience to be as smooth and uplifting as the message behind every hat. All orders are fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is custom-made just for you after your order is placed.
Order Processing Time
• Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days for production and preparation before shipping.
• Some items or upgraded shipping options may process faster.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Production times can vary slightly depending on the specific product and print provider.
Shipping Times & Costs
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
We offer the following options where available:
• Standard Shipping: Usually 2–5 business days after production (most common and affordable option).
• Priority / Express Shipping: Faster options (often 2–3 business days) at a higher cost — great if you need it sooner.
Exact shipping rates and estimated delivery windows will be shown to you during checkout. We strive to keep shipping transparent and fair.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using that number.
Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment numbers, gate codes, or special instructions. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or additional fees.
Changes or Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to get your hat to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change to your order (such as address correction), please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before production starts, but we cannot guarantee it.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue according to their policies.
